For personal production income, producing 4 monthly sales of 3600 BV can earn you $68,580 annually at 45%, $91,440 at 60%, and $118,872 at 78%. Building a base shop with 5 associates can earn you an override at 30%, totaling $228,600, bringing your RMD Super Team income to $347,472 annually. Expanding your team with 5 RMD agencies can earn you an override at 15%, resulting in a total RMD Super Team income of $1,078,992 annually. Our plan offers personal production income, agency income from your recruited agents, and expansion income from your agency’s growth. Special programs like the Equity Share Credit Program and the Managing Partner Program provide additional incentives. This plan offers significant income potential through commissions and overrides, plus renewal and residual income for long-term stability. Results may vary, and this plan illustrates potential earnings based on performance.
